Privacy policy

Controller

The controller of your data is Andrii Shramko, a private individual and the author of the Shramko 360 site. Contact: zmei116@gmail.com. The site is not run by a city hall or any other public institution.

Forms

When you send a form, we process what you enter: your e-mail address and — if you give them — your name, the name of your institution or organisation, city, role, date, number of people, the topic you chose and your message.

Purpose: to reply to you and to talk about possible cooperation. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in replying to the person or institution that wrote (GDPR). We keep the data for up to one year from the last contact. Giving your e-mail address is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

Notifications

When a new message arrives through a form, we get a notification in the Telegram messenger — with its content and the contact details you gave — so that we can reply quickly. Telegram is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), so in that case these data leave the European Economic Area. The original message is stored on a server in the EU.

Feedback and error reports

Through the “Feedback” button we receive your message, an optional contact and — only if you tick that option — technical data: the site version, your browser, screen size, the page address without parameters and recent script errors. No files, cookies or form data.

If a script error occurs on a page, the page itself sends a short technical report of the same scope, so that the error can be fixed. We keep feedback and reports for up to one year.

Statistics and cookies

Without your consent we use no analytics cookies. Your browser stores only the language you chose (cookie s360_lang) and your consent decision.

Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland) is switched on only after you click “I accept”. Only then does your browser store the _ga cookies and Google collect data about the visit: pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, language, approximate location (city or region) and device type. Data in Google Analytics are kept for no longer than fourteen months.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR and the Polish Electronic Communications Law). Google may also process these data in the USA (Google LLC, EU–US Data Privacy Framework). You can withdraw your consent at any time: “Privacy settings” in the footer of every page, then “Reject”.

YouTube and DeoVR films

We embed films via youtube-nocookie.com and load them only after you press play — until then the page does not connect to YouTube. Once you press play, YouTube's privacy rules apply. Links to YouTube and DeoVR open those services in a new tab, under their own rules.

Server provider: Hetzner Online GmbH (server in the EU). Message notifications: Telegram FZ-LLC (outside the EEA). E-mail: Gmail (Google Ireland Limited). With your consent: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics).

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or deleted, to restrict their processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Write to zmei116@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
