Accessibility of the site and the films

The site

We design the site to WCAG 2.2 level AA: keyboard operation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, labels above form fields and text alternatives for images.

Background videos have a button that pauses the motion, and if reduced motion is switched on in your system, we show a still frame. Background videos contain no speech and no information that is not also in the page text.

Captions in the films

Every film has open captions burned into the picture: the same text in three places around the view, with one copy next to the place the guide is talking about. You do not need to switch the captions on — they work on YouTube, in DeoVR and in VR headsets. The guide's full text is also under every film.

What is not there yet

The captions and the narration are in English, and the narration is a synthetic voice. There are no Polish captions, no Polish Sign Language (PJM) translation and no audio description yet. The captions do not yet describe music or background sounds.

We want to prepare the PJM translation together with a Deaf person. You can ask for a version with Polish captions through the form — these requests decide the order.

How to report a problem

Write to zmei116@gmail.com or use the “Feedback” button on every page. Contact is in writing only — you never need to phone.

Who runs the site

Shramko 360 is an independent initiative of Andrii Shramko, not the website of a public body. We publish this statement voluntarily and update it whenever something changes.
